Photovoltaics Site Manager (m/f/d) – Commercial & Ground-Mounted
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a photovoltaics site manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible for the technical implementation of commercial and ground-mounted systems. You will take responsibility for our PV construction sites, coordinate all parties involved and ensure a high-quality, standards-compliant delivery of our projects.
Your tasks
What awaits you with us
You lead our PV construction sites in the commercial and ground-mounted segment – from project management through to commissioning.
Interface management
Coordination of subcontractors and grid operators
Quality assurance
Standards-compliant execution in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4105/4110
Grid connection & commissioning
Supervision and documentation
Resource planning
Material scheduling and team coordination
Your profile
What you bring to the role
Minimum requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering
- Confident handling of the relevant VDE application rules
- Knowledge of VOB/B and occupational health and safety regulations
- Category B driving licence essential
Personal requirements
- Assertiveness in leading teams
- Willingness to travel to regional/nationwide construction sites
- Problem-solving skills when facing challenges
